11.9.15

This has been a great week! We have a few investigators that are doing fantastic, and it is so fun to teach them.
First, Shpetime. She is an older lady, and is getting baptized in December! Her daughter is a member in 3rd ward. We haven't met with her too much, because she lives an hour away, but she is so fun to teach and wants so badly to learn so she can get baptized. She has been being taught for a year, but has had family problems that have stopped the missionary lessons. So now we are starting back from the beginning!
Next, Pranvera. I LOVE Pranvera! She is about 24, and is amazing. She loves to learn, wants to come to institute, but couldn't come to church. Well, she prayed this week that she would be able to come. She called us on Thursday, and was so excited to tell us that she could come! When we met her to walk to church, she has brought her Fiance with her! She is great, and loved it:) She isn't on a baptismal date yet, because she wants to know the "rules" of the church before she commits. It's a good reason in my opinion!
Zamira. Zamira is about 45 or 50, loves to sing, and loves us! She met the Elders through English Course and now is taking the lessons! They started teaching us, and then passed her on to us, thinking it would be better for us to teach her. We teach her and her son Marin, and they are great! Plus, she tells me I speak Albanian really well, so teaching her always boosts my confidence:)
On Tuesday, we went on an exchange. I was with Sister Dunn in T2/T4, and Sister Qosja stayed in T1/T3 with Sister White. It was super fun, and I learned that I don't understand Shkodrans. Shkodrans is the dialect they speak in Shkoder. One of their investigators is from Shkoder, and we had a lesson with her. I had no idea what she said! But it was still good, and the Spirit was there. That's what matters!    On Saturday, we went to the Capi's, a less active family, for a lesson. At the end of the lesson, they asked me to say the prayer. We all knelt on the ground and I started praying. Halfway into my prayer, their 4 year old daughter jumped on my back! So I finished my prayer with her on my back and it was so funny! They are the funniest little girls! We were so happy when they showed up for church on Sunday, and we even more excited when they stayed for the whole first hour! Usually their girls are so loud and upset that they have to leave early. Today, they were amazing and I didn't hear them at all! I was so happy!!
That is about it for this week! I am loving my companion and loving my mission! I hope you are all having a great time and have a great week!
Love,
