6 days without a voice...I'm not kidding...I had to whisper...Do you know how hard it is to teach lessons when you don't have a voice?! Crazy difficult. But I made it! I can talk now and it's great:)
We started out our week with an exchange! I was with Sister Bezas (my grandma) in my area. We were both sick, but had a great time! We had a bunch of great lessons, and it was awesome to serve with her.
On Wednesday, we had a big finding activity at the institute activity. We had all of the missionaries and some of the members street contacting and showing the "A Savior is Born" video. It was so much fun! We pulled people off the street and brought them into the institute building. We had the video playing and some other videos like "He is the Gift" and "He is Risen." It was super cool!
Thursday was zone training! After zone training, Sister Pierce and Sister Fuller came to our house. They are serving in Shkoder, but had a doctors appointment the next morning in Tirana. So we went on splits, and then they stayed the night. While I was with Sister Fuller, we drove to the Gosturoni's, a family in 3rd ward, and had a lesson with them. It was great! They made us food, and we had a fun time getting to their house. Let me just say it was a lot of work getting out there!
We have been meeting with Pranvera this week, and she is amazing! Her and her fiance are working on marriage papers so they can get baptized! We cannot wait!
Despite being sick and out of energy, it was a great week. I love this work, love Albania, and love my companion! Have a great week! Love you guys!
